The minority owning member is Prof. Dr. Visar Hoxha who is a professor with international academic title in the field of real estate, energy, and environmental sustainability. Profesor Hoxha is also specialized in international trade with energy, photovoltaics, wind energy, and property development projects, including interior and home decor design.
